What is the difference between Lova Core and Lova Plus?

Both products give you a personalised formula with active ingredients, individually dosed and delivered as one daily sachet made in Austria. Lova Core includes 17 ingredients and builds your formula from a detailed health questionnaire covering lifestyle, sleep, energy, goals, diet, and health history. Lova Plus includes 23 ingredients and adds an at-home blood test that analyses 25 biomarkers across vitamins, minerals, inflammation, metabolic health, thyroid, kidney function, cholesterol, and liver function. Plus is the deepest level of personalisation. Core is the simplest way to start, and you can upgrade at any time.

How does the health questionnaire work?

Accepted Answer

The questionnaire takes around ten minutes and covers your lifestyle, sleep quality, energy levels, dietary habits, health goals, stress, and medical history in detail. Your answers are processed by our personalisation algorithm to determine which of the 23 ingredients your body needs most and at what dose. It's not a quiz that puts you in one of five boxes. It's a proper assessment that produces a formula unique to you.

How does the at-home blood test work?

Accepted Answer

We use the Tasso device, a small adhesive patch that attaches to your upper arm and collects a blood sample in around five minutes. It's clinically shown to be less painful than a standard fingerstick. No clinic, no appointment, no needles. You post the sample back to our certified partner lab in the prepaid envelope included in your kit, and your results appear in your Lova Profile within days. The Tasso device is FDA-cleared and CE-marked and is used by leading health programmes including those run by NASA.

How often is my formula updated?

Accepted Answer

Your formula is recalibrated every six months. At the six-month mark, we'll remind you to update your health questionnaire and, if you're on Lova Plus, send you a new blood test kit. Your updated results are processed and your next 3-month supply is produced to reflect your current biology. Between recalibrations, your wearable data continues to inform your Lova Profile recommendations.

Can I upgrade from Core to Plus later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, easily. When you're ready to add a blood test to your personalisation, you can upgrade to Lova Plus at any point. Your existing questionnaire data carries over and the blood results simply add another layer of precision on top of what we already know about you.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You'll be among the first to hear when we open enrolment for founding members in Q4 2026. When we launch, you'll complete your health assessment, receive your first formula, and start your quarterly subscription. No commitment until you're ready to order.
