Question 1

What is Lova Health?

Accepted Answer

Lova Health is a personalised supplement subscription built around your biology. Instead of giving everyone the same formula, we start with your data. A health questionnaire, an at-home blood test, or both. We then build a formula specifically for you. 17 active ingredients in Lova Core and 23 in Lova Plus, individually dosed, delivered as one daily sachet made in Austria. The longer you use it, the more precisely it works.

Question 2

What makes Lova different from other supplement brands?

Accepted Answer

Most supplements are made for a population average. That means they were made for no one in particular, including you. Lova starts with your actual health data, builds a formula around it, and recalibrates it every six months as your body changes. You also get a personal health dashboard showing exactly what you're taking and why. Few brands combine blood testing, a personalised formula, and a dashboard in one subscription.

Question 3

Who is Lova Health for?

Accepted Answer

Lova is for everyone who cares about their health. Whether you take your health seriously and want to know that what you're doing is actually working, you're just starting your health journey, or you're tired of the marketing noise and simply want a personal solution, Lova is built for you.

Question 4

Where are Lova supplements manufactured?

Accepted Answer

Every Lova formula is produced in Austria with over 16 years of experience in personalised nutrition. The facility is ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certified, and every batch undergoes more than 100 independent quality tests before it ships. Each sachet is produced individually. Your formula is not batch-manufactured with thousands of others.

Question 5

How is my formula personalised?

Accepted Answer

It depends on which product you choose. Lova Core uses your health questionnaire, a detailed set of questions covering your lifestyle, sleep, energy, goals, diet, and health history. Lova Plus adds an at-home blood test that analyses 25 biomarkers. In both cases, the result is a formula individually dosed to your profile, with 17 active ingredients in Lova Core and 23 in Lova Plus. Not a generic multivitamin with your name on the box.

Question 6

What ingredients are in my formula?

Accepted Answer

Our library contains 23 active ingredients across three categories. Lova Core formulas draw on 17 of them and Lova Plus on the full 23. Vitamins: A, B2, B6, B9, B12, C, D3, and E. Minerals: calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, and selenium. Botanicals and actives: omega-3, lutein, alpha lipoic acid, MSM, coenzyme Q10, sodium hyaluronate, collagen, and phytosterols. What varies between customers is the dose of each ingredient, determined by your questionnaire responses and, for Lova Plus, your blood results.

Question 7

How often is my formula updated?

Accepted Answer

Our recommendation is to adjust your formula every three months, but it can be updated more often or less often. At the three-month mark, we'll remind you to update your health questionnaire and, if you're on Lova Plus, we recommend a new blood test every six months for a deeper recalibration. Your updated results are processed and your next 3-month supply is produced to reflect your current biology. Between updates, your wearable data continues to inform your Lova Profile recommendations.

Question 8

Can I adjust my formula over time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's the whole point. Every three months, you update your questionnaire and, if you're on Lova Plus, you can retest your blood every six months. Your formula is then adjusted to reflect where you are now. If your Vitamin D levels have improved, your dose adjusts. If your iron has dropped, your formula catches it. The product gets more accurate the longer you use it.

Question 9

How do I take my Lova supplement?

Accepted Answer

How and when you take your Lova mix is personal to you: incorporate it into your existing personal daily routines. You can bite them but try not to intentionally chew them as their structure allows for a controlled release as they transport through your body.

You can pour it over your yoghurt, in your smoothie or drink with water.

We like to pour a small amount on your tongue and wash down with water.

Question 10

How does the at-home blood test work?

Accepted Answer

We use the Tasso device, a small adhesive patch that attaches to your upper arm and collects a blood sample in around five minutes. It's clinically shown to be less painful than a standard fingerstick. No clinic, no appointment. You post the sample back to our certified partner lab in the prepaid envelope included in your kit, and your results appear in your Lova Profile within days. The Tasso device is FDA-cleared and CE-marked.

Question 11

What biomarkers do you test?

Accepted Answer

We test 25 biomarkers across seven panels. Vitamins and minerals: Vitamin D, B12, folate, ferritin, iron, magnesium, zinc, and copper. Inflammation: hs-CRP. Metabolic health: HbA1c. Thyroid: TSH. Kidney function: creatinine, BUN/urea, and eGFR. Cholesterol: total, HDL, LDL, non-HDL, ratio, and triglycerides. Liver function: ALT, albumin, ALP, GGT, and bilirubin. Together these give a comprehensive picture of how your body is actually functioning.

Question 12

What is the Lova Profile dashboard?

Accepted Answer

The Lova Profile is your personal health dashboard. It shows your blood results, explains what each biomarker means in plain language, displays your current formula with the rationale behind each ingredient, and tracks how your results change over time. You can also connect wearables like Oura Ring and Apple Watch to bring in sleep, activity, and recovery data alongside your blood results. It's designed to make your health feel clear and understandable, not overwhelming.

Question 13

How do the microgranules work?

Accepted Answer

Standard supplement capsules and tablets dissolve in your stomach, an acidic environment where many nutrients degrade before they even reach your bloodstream. Lova uses microgranule technology. Each ingredient is individually encapsulated in a 1.6mm plant-based sphere with a natural coating. The coating protects each nutrient through the stomach and releases it in the small intestine, where your body actually absorbs it. Because each ingredient is in its own granule, nutrients that would normally compete for absorption channels are released at different points, so you get more of each one, properly absorbed.

Question 14

How does the subscription work?

Accepted Answer

You join the waitlist now. When we launch, founding members will be the first to complete their health assessment and receive their first formula. Your subscription runs quarterly. You receive a 3-month supply every three months. Before each new batch ships, you have the option to update your questionnaire. Every six months, you receive a prompt to retest so your formula can be recalibrated.

Question 15

How often will I receive my supplements?

Accepted Answer

Every three months. Each delivery contains a 90-day supply. One individually named sachet per day, packaged in a Lova Health box and shipped directly from our Austrian production facility.

Question 16

Can I pause or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can pause or cancel any time before your next order is processed. No minimum commitment and no cancellation fees. We'd always rather you reach out if something isn't working than quietly cancel. If your formula isn't feeling right, we can adjust it.

Question 17

When will my formula be updated?

Accepted Answer

Our recommendation is to adjust your formula every three months, but it can be updated more often or less often. At the three-month mark, we'll remind you to update your health questionnaire and, if you're on Lova Plus, we recommend a new blood test every six months for a deeper recalibration. Your updated results are processed and your next 3-month supply is produced to reflect your current biology. Between updates, your wearable data continues to inform your Lova Profile recommendations.

Question 18

What is the difference between Lova Core and Lova Plus?

Accepted Answer

Both products give you a personalised formula with active ingredients, individually dosed and delivered as one daily sachet made in Austria. Lova Core includes 17 ingredients and builds your formula from a detailed health questionnaire covering lifestyle, sleep, energy, goals, diet, and health history. Lova Plus includes 23 ingredients and adds an at-home blood test that analyses 25 biomarkers across vitamins, minerals, inflammation, metabolic health, thyroid, kidney function, cholesterol, and liver function. Plus is the deepest level of personalisation. Core is the simplest way to start, and you can upgrade at any time.

Question 19

How does the health questionnaire work?

Accepted Answer

The questionnaire takes around ten minutes and covers your lifestyle, sleep quality, energy levels, dietary habits, health goals, stress, and medical history in detail. Your answers determine which of the ingredients your body needs most and at what dose. It's not a quiz that puts you in one of five boxes. It's a proper assessment that produces a formula unique to you.

Question 20

Can I upgrade from Core to Plus later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, easily. When you're ready to add a blood test to your personalisation, you can upgrade to Lova Plus at any point. Your existing questionnaire data carries over and the blood results simply add another layer of precision on top of what we already know about you.

Question 21

What happens after I join the waitlist?

Accepted Answer

You'll be among the first to hear when we open enrolment for founding members soon. When we launch, you'll complete your health assessment, receive your first formula, and start your quarterly subscription. No commitment until you're ready to order.

Question 22

How personalised is Lova Core without a blood test?

Accepted Answer

More personalised than anything else you'll find at this price point. Your health questionnaire covers lifestyle, sleep quality, energy levels, dietary habits, health goals, stress, and medical history in detail. The algorithm uses your responses to determine which of the 17 ingredients your body needs most and at what dose. It's not a quiz that puts you in one of five boxes. It's a proper assessment that produces a formula unique to you.

Question 23

How long does the questionnaire take?

Accepted Answer

Around ten minutes. It's thorough enough to build a genuinely personalised formula but designed to feel like a conversation rather than a medical form. You only do the full version once. Updates at the six-month mark are shorter.

Question 24

What happens after I complete the questionnaire?

Accepted Answer

Your responses are processed by our personalisation algorithm, which builds your formula. Your formula is then reviewed by our Austrian partner's clinical team before going into production. Your first 3-month supply is produced individually with your name on every sachet, and shipped directly to you from Austria.

Question 25

How is Lova Core different from a standard multivitamin?

Accepted Answer

A standard multivitamin gives everyone the same dose of the same ingredients regardless of who they are or what they actually need. Lova Core starts with your health data and doses each of the 17 ingredients individually to your profile. It's also delivered in advanced microgranule format rather than a capsule: each ingredient is protected through your stomach and released in your small intestine, where your body actually absorbs it into the bloodstream. And you get a personal dashboard showing exactly what you're taking and why. A multivitamin does none of those things.

Question 26

What ingredients are in Lova Core?

Accepted Answer

Every Lova Core formula is built from 17 active ingredients, drawn from our library of 23 across three categories: vitamins, minerals, and botanicals and actives. What varies between customers is the dose of each ingredient, determined by your questionnaire responses.

Question 27

Where is Lova Core manufactured?

Accepted Answer

Every Lova formula is produced in Austria with over 16 years of experience in personalised nutrition. The facility is ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certified, and every batch undergoes more than 100 independent quality tests before it ships. Each sachet is produced individually. Your formula is not batch-manufactured with thousands of others.

Question 28

How does the at-home blood test work?

Accepted Answer

Your Tasso kit arrives with your first order. Peel the backing, attach the device to your upper arm, and press the button. It collects your sample in around five minutes and is clinically shown to be less painful than a standard fingerstick. No clinic visit. Pop it in the prepaid envelope and post it back. Results appear in your Lova Profile within days.

Question 29

Is the Tasso device safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Tasso device is FDA-cleared and CE-marked, meeting the same regulatory standards as clinical-grade medical devices. Millions of samples have been collected using Tasso devices worldwide.

Question 30

How long do blood test results take?

Accepted Answer

Results appear in your Lova Profile within days of your sample arriving at the lab. We'll notify you by email as soon as they're ready.

Question 31

What happens if my results show a critical result?

Accepted Answer

Your results are reviewed by our clinical team before your formula is produced. If a result falls outside a normal range, we flag it clearly in your dashboard with a plain-language explanation and, where appropriate, a recommendation to discuss it with your doctor. The blood test is a personalisation tool, and your results receive a full clinical review.

Question 32

How is Lova Plus different from going to a doctor for a blood test?

Accepted Answer

Your doctor is your primary check. The Lova Plus blood test is not a health check, it is a tool we use to build your supplement mix. Where a GP blood test typically covers a handful of markers and takes weeks to arrange, Lova Plus tests 25 biomarkers, delivers results in days, and translates them directly into a personalised supplement formula. It's not a replacement for your doctor.

Question 33

What biomarkers does Lova Plus test?

Accepted Answer

25 biomarkers across seven panels: vitamins and minerals, inflammation, metabolic health, thyroid, kidney function, cholesterol, and liver function. You can see the full list on our science page.

Question 34

How often do I retest?

Accepted Answer

Every six months. At the six-month mark we send you a new test kit, process your updated results, and produce a recalibrated formula for your next three-month supply. The comparison between your previous and current results is one of the most useful parts of the dashboard. You can see exactly what has changed.

Question 35

Is Lova Plus suitable for people with existing health conditions?

Accepted Answer

Lova Plus is a supplement, not a medical treatment. If you have an existing health condition or take prescription medication, we recommend consulting your doctor before starting. Our clinical team reviews every formula but they are not your treating physician. The blood test results may surface useful information to share with your doctor.

Question 36

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time before your next order is processed. No fees and no minimum term. If something isn't right with your formula, reach out. We'd rather fix it than lose you.
