How long does the questionnaire take?

Around ten minutes. It's thorough enough to build a genuinely personalised formula but designed to feel like a conversation rather than a medical form. You only do the full version once. Updates at the six-month mark are shorter.

What happens after I complete the questionnaire?

Your responses are processed by our personalisation algorithm, which builds your formula. Your formula is then reviewed by our Austrian partner's clinical team before going into production. Your first 3-month supply is produced individually with your name on every sachet, and shipped directly to you from Austria.

Lova Core starts with your health data and doses each of the 17 ingredients individually to your profile. It's also delivered in advanced microgranule format rather than a capsule: each ingredient is protected through your stomach and released in your small intestine, where your body actually absorbs it into the bloodstream. And you get a personal dashboard showing exactly what you're taking and why. A multivitamin does none of those things.

Yes, easily. When you're ready to add a blood test to your personalisation, you can upgrade to Lova Plus at any point. Your existing questionnaire data carries over and the blood results simply add another layer of precision on top of what we already know about you.

You can cancel any time before your next order is processed. No fees and no minimum term. We ship quarterly, so you'll always have plenty of notice before your next batch.
