What happens if my results show a critical result?

Your results are reviewed by our clinical team before your formula is produced. If a result falls outside a normal range, we flag it clearly in your dashboard with a plain-language explanation and, where appropriate, a recommendation to discuss it with your doctor. We take this seriously. The blood test is not just a personalisation tool, it's a genuine health check.
