Not a generic multivitamin with your name on the box.

Every Lova formula contains 23 active ingredients across three categories. Vitamins: A, B2, B6, B9, B12, C, D3, and E. Minerals: calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, and selenium. Botanicals and actives: omega-3, lutein, alpha lipoic acid, MSM, coenzyme Q10, sodium hyaluronate, collagen, and phytosterols. What varies between customers is the dose of each ingredient, determined by your questionnaire responses and, for Lova Plus, your blood results.

Your formula is recalibrated every six months. At the six-month mark, we'll remind you to update your health questionnaire and, if you're on Lova Plus, send you a new blood test kit. Your updated results are processed and your next 3-month supply is produced to reflect your current biology. Between recalibrations, your wearable data continues to inform your Lova Profile recommendations.

Can I adjust my formula over time?

Yes, that's the whole point. Every six months, you update your questionnaire and, if you're on Lova Plus, retest your blood. Your formula is then recalibrated to reflect where you are now. If your Vitamin D levels have improved, your dose adjusts. If your iron has dropped, your formula catches it. The product gets more accurate the longer you use it.

How do I take my Lova supplement?

Your sachet contains individually coated microgranules. Not pills, not powder. There are two equally good ways to take them.

With yogurt or a smoothie. Tip your granules in and give it a gentle mix. They will stay firm and keep their shape. You can bite them but try not to chew intentionally as the whole point is that they release slowly as they move through your body.

With water. Pour a small amount onto the centre of your tongue and wash them down with a big sip of water or whatever you are drinking. Repeat until your sachet is empty.

Taking them with or just after a meal tends to work best for most people. Do not dissolve them in liquid as the nutrients are designed to release inside your body, not before they get there.

How does the at-home blood test work?

We use the Tasso device, a small adhesive patch that attaches to your upper arm and collects a blood sample in around five minutes. It's clinically shown to be less painful than a standard fingerstick. No clinic, no appointment, no needles. You post the sample back to our certified partner lab in the prepaid envelope included in your kit, and your results appear in your Lova Profile within days. The Tasso device is FDA-cleared and CE-marked and is used by leading health programmes including those run by NASA.

We test 25 biomarkers across seven panels. Vitamins and minerals: Vitamin D, B12, folate, ferritin, iron, magnesium, zinc, and copper. Inflammation: hs-CRP. Metabolic health: HbA1c. Thyroid: TSH. Kidney function: creatinine, BUN/urea, and eGFR. Cholesterol: total, HDL, LDL, non-HDL, ratio, and triglycerides. Liver function: ALT, albumin, ALP, GGT, and bilirubin. Together these give a comprehensive picture of how your body is actually functioning.

It's designed to make your health feel clear and understandable, not overwhelming.

How do the microgranules work?

Standard supplement capsules and tablets dissolve in your stomach, an acidic environment where many nutrients degrade before they even reach your bloodstream. Lova uses microgranule technology. Each of the 23 ingredients is individually encapsulated in a 1.6mm plant-based sphere with a natural coating. The coating protects each nutrient through the stomach and releases it in the small intestine, where your body actually absorbs it. Because each ingredient is in its own granule, nutrients that would normally compete for absorption channels are released at different points, so you get more of each one, properly absorbed.
